Domestic Shipping ( Including Canada )

We employ a sophisticated shipping system that allows us to offer low shipping and fast turnaround time. Our shipping costs are based on the total weight of your purchase. Packages above 170lbs total weight will not be automatically calculated, and shipping may be added after the sale. We primarily use UPS and USPS to ship our packages around the world.

We currently offer three types of Domestic Shipping:

  1. UPS Ground - Guaranteed 1-7 day (depending on location) delivery upon shipping. Full tracking and insurance included.
  2. UPS 2nd Day Air - Guaranteed 2 Business Day shipping to anywhere in the US or Canada upon shipping. Full tracking & Insurance
  3. USPS (PO Box or APO) - United States Postal Service for PO Box addresses or APO's. Insurance & tracking included if available.

International Shipping

Due to the constantly changing nature of global shipping costs, international orders will have shipping added after the sale is completed. We currently use USPS as our International Shipping provider due to their much lower costs. To calculate costs via USPS's website, please go to www.USPS.com . If you would prefer us to use UPS or FedEx, just let us know and we will quote you a price based on that service.

Large Item International Shipping

We do our best to find the lowest rates for oversized items such as our furniture. If an item cannot be shipped via UPS, or USPS due to its size, we will make every inquiry possible to have the item sent for the lowest cost possible. Please contact us if you have any other questions regarding shipping of large items.

Turnover

We strive to send all items within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. If we are out of stock on a specific item that will take longer than 7 days to ship, or if an extended delay is expected, an E-mail will be sent with the estimated ship date.

Warranty/Refunds

All items come with a standard manufacturers warranty of thirty days, unless otherwise noted in the product. You have thirty days to report any defects. Items received damaged must be reported within seven days of receiving your order. We exchange damaged items or defected items. If an item is returned to us and an exchange is not choosen, a 10% re-stocking fee and shipping and handling are subtracted from the refund. If you are unsatisfied with any item you receive, please contact us via e-mail or phone with your concerns. A customer service representative will be happy to assist you. Need a larger picture or more detail on an item? Many of our pictures can be SuperSized by simply clicking on them. If this does not help, just email us requesting the information you require.

Gift Wrap

Most items we sell can be gift wrapped, however our larger items can not be gift wrapped. These items include: chairs, ottomans, table and floor lighting, etc. If you need to make sure if an item can be gift wrapped please send us an e-mail or give us a call. If gift wrap is choosen for an item that can not be gift wrapped we will inform you via e-mail.
